'Man.l Jimeno al Prefecto D.n José Castro. / Tengo el honor de acompañar á V.S. el Despacho del nombram.to que en su persona hace el E.S. Gobernador del Departam.to de Prefecto del 1.er Distrito, felicitandolo á V.S. al mismo tiempo, tanto por su empleo que su patriotismo le ha merecido, como que por este motivo, se acelera la marcha de los asuntos gubernativos de este Departamento.' Transmits José Castro's commission as Prefect of the 1st District and congratulates him. Marginal 'o'.
