'Dice: que de orden del Gobernador, acompana las actas que le han dirijido las secciones de Sta Rita, Villa de Branciforte y S. Juan de Castro para la instalacion de la Junta Secundaria conforme al arto 32 de la Ley respectiva' [= forwards the electoral actas from the Santa Rita, Branciforte and San Juan de Castro sections for installing the secondary electoral junta under art. 32]. Marginal '+'. Note 'S. Juan de Castro' = the Alvarado-era official name of San Juan Bautista.
