'Dice que debiendo reunirse la Junta Departamental el 1o del entrante, por prevenirlo así su reglamto interior, y siendo un vocal propietario es conveniente se presente en dho dia dejando la Prefa al cuidado del Juez Dn Juan Anzar.' [= Castro summoned to the Junta as vocal propietario, to leave the Prefecture with Juez Juan Anzar]. Savage adds within the same abstract: 'Contesta que sus enfermedades no le permiten, y que entregará la Prefectura.'
