Encloses five copies of the models drawn up by the Comisión de Estadística Militar; the governor expects the prefect to add such observations as his zeal for the public good dictates, and where in doubt to consult educated persons, employees, judges, military commanders and above all the parish priests, so as to furnish the important data the departmental govt asks. 'cinco ejemplares de los modelos formados por la Comision de Estadística Militar... y particularmte de los Parrocos.'
