On raising the *plano* (plat) of the Establecimiento de Dolores to order the solares the Governor conceded to the vecindario, the center to be the Iglesia, requesting leave to recompose ruined ex-mission buildings the vecinos have occupied for years (p.460–1) — early town-of-Dolores urban planning; a suit over an orphans' claim (p.462–4); and a promise to act as soon as the transgression of the foreign-ship cabotage rules is observed (p.464).
