Heading verbatim: '1827 = Enero 30 = S.n Diego / J.é M.a Echeandia al Ayuntamiento de Monterrey'. Entry verbatim: 'Que por oficio del Com.te de ese punto queda intrado de haberse Cumplido con lo que previene el bando relativo á la formacion de ese ayuntamiento.' Gloss: Echeandía is informed, by the Monterey comandante, that the bando governing the formation of that ayuntamiento has been complied with. Savage writes intrado (for enterado).
