Block heading verbatim '1833 = Monterrey / José Figueroa á Marcelino Escobar, alcalde de Mont.y', three entries. Gloss: an amnesty law for those who took part in the conspiracy against his predecessor in the comandancia general (I am inferring, not stating, that this means the 1831 movement against Manuel Victoria; the leaf does not name him); a thanksgiving mass for his safe voyage; and an inspection aboard the Catalina over goods lost from her cargo.
