'Agosto 17 = S.n Diego' p. 188-189: 'Que forme y le mande un presupuesto de gastos municipales y un estado de ingresos.' 'Setiembre 7 = Angeles' p. 190-195 (3 doc.s): 'Que fueron electos presidente en la corte de justicia Tomas Salgado, y vice-presidente, Pedro Veles. Que remitan sus cuentas los ayuntamientos y establecimientos publicos. Que para lo relativo á la contaduria general de propios, se entienda directamente con el gefe de Ma.' 'Setiembre 9 = Monterrey' p. 196-197: 'Manda un parte sobre el ex-presidario Pablo Cruz.' 'Setiembre 21 = Angeles' p. 198-201: 'Que el Contador general de propios reclama las cuentas del ayuntamiento.' 'Setiembre 30 = Sta Barbara' p. 202-203: 'Que el ministro de relaciones da orden que no se permita que desembarquen los españoles que lleguen y que se le remitan los documentos que presentaren.' Gloss: duties on four barrels of foreign aguardiente bought off the brig Rosana; a municipal budget and revenue statement demanded; the officers of the corte de justicia and the propios accounting chain; the ex-convict Pablo Cruz; and, starred, the ministry of relations order that arriving Spaniards not be allowed to land and that their papers be forwarded. The abbreviation 'gefe de Ma.' is as written and I have not resolved it.
