(b) NEW heading 'Enero 28 = Sobre arresto y castigo', which opens here and ends on n111: approves imprisoning Faustino Vazquez in the zepo for two months, and deals with his father Tiburcio, with Joaquín Buelna and with Hernandez's son. The upper part of the leaf closes the Jan 2 1821 letter already catalogued at n108 (see interiors).
