[= Appointment of a Mexican consul at Genoa] Notifies the appointment of a Mexican consul at Genoa. Its page cite duplicates that of the n101 record of 30 Nov 1838 (Moran, 'Defensores de la patria', pp. 301-2) — a CROSS-TOMO repeat of the page cite, not an error: n130 closes at pp. 499-500 while n131 restarts the sequence, which is a different document; see issues.
