Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: the document lay inside the declared span of a grouped entry covering n28-n39, which had passed every completeness check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: '+ 1826 = Mayo 10 = México. / Esteva, Secretario de Hacienda. = Decreto.' [= 1826, May 10, Mexico. Esteva, Secretary of the Treasury. Decree.] Abstract as written: 'Que todos los géneros, frutos y efectos que se exporten, sean libres de derechos.' That all goods, produce and effects which are exported be free of duty. A general export-duty exemption, distinct from the Huatulco import ruling the band summary names.
