Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: the document lay inside the declared span of a grouped entry covering n28-n39, which had passed every completeness check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: '+ Agosto 27. p p = 422 = 3.' [= August 27 (1826), under the Riesgo / Rosario decree header.] Abstract as written: 'Concediendo á los Comand.tes Gr.ales poder para que den licencia temporal de revista á revista á los oficiales retirados.' Granting the commandants general power to give retired officers temporary leave from one muster to the next. Note the sequence on this leaf is not chronological: October 1 precedes August 27.
