Heading verbatim: '+ 1827 = Diciembre 24 = México. / José Ignacio Pavon' [= 1827, December 24, Mexico. Jose Ignacio Pavon.] Savage abstract: 'Que en el plazo de cinco años se pagarán los $4.000,000 de que habla el Art. 2o del Decreto de 21 de Nov. ultimo.' The four million pesos referred to in Article 2 of the decree of 21 November preceding are to be paid within a term of five years. That is the whole of the entry; Savage does not say what the four million was for, and nothing further should be attached to it.
