Superior Government State Papers, Benicia, tomo XIX–XXI · BANC MSS C-A 58, document 44

Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: the document lay inside the declared span of a grouped entry covering n53-n71, which had passed every completeness check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: '+ 1829. Marzo 16. Mexº. / Aviso al publico sobre tabacos. / (2 docs) p. 270.-1.' [= 1829, March 16, Mexico. Notice to the public concerning tobacco. (2 documents.)] Two documents on the tobacco monopoly/notice, and the first 1829-dated entry in the whole run. Its position is the evidentiary hinge for the boundary finding: it proves 1829 begins on n69, not n72.
