Resolves that every foreign vessel entering under the title of whaler and anchoring at any point of the Province shall contribute 'cinco reales pr. tonelada'; whalers and all other foreign vessels are not exempted from paying for firewood taken for provision, 'á razon de seis reales pr. cada lanchada'; the impost on timber taken for the vessels themselves is left to the Administrador de Rentas públicas, proportioned to the size and thickness of the pieces.
