Savage: «Sobre Cementerios. The King therefore orders the viceroys, presidents and governors of the Indies and Islas Filipinas, and the ministros, arzobispos y obispos, each for his part, to report «con justificacion y brevedad» on establishing cemeteries; whether «las rentas de las fabricas de iglesias» can meet the cost; how many are needed in each población and their cost; and what other funds may be drawn on «para que tengan efectos las construcciones con el menor gravamen posible del Real Erario».
