⚠ BOUNDED DUPLICATE CLUSTER: a run of 1792 re-certified copies of de Nava/Revillagigedo orders already extracted earlier in Tomo X (at orig. pp.40/49/60–61/62/64/65/76/77/87/94) — re-copied & certified by Arrillaga, each carrying publication certs from the five presidio commanders in 1792: Sal (SF, 26 Feb & 28 Jul), Argüello (Monterey, 22–23 Jul), Goycoechea (Sta Bárbara, 14 Jul & 8 Aug), Grijalva (San Diego, 14 Aug & 26 Nov), Arrillaga (Loreto, 31 May & 14 Oct). Content duplicated; the new info is the province-wide 1792 publication record. Includes the alcabala order (suppressing the 2% war-surtax back to 6%, pp.587–590).
