Margin mark. «Dice en aquella fecha da órden al habilitado grat. de la Península y Ministro de las Cajas de México p.a q.e procedan á la formación de las banderas q.e necesitan los Presidios» = orders the gratuitous habilitado of the Peninsula and the Minister of the Mexico treasury to have made the flags the presidios require.
