Margin mark x. In a “Consejo de Guerra (No dice donde)” held by officers against a deserting soldier the presiding jefe was father of the accused's defensor; the King declared the act void and orders kept the standing bar “que sean abogado y juez de una causa padre é hijo, bajo pena de nulidad”; “Que se publique lo dicho al frente de la tropa.”
