José Figueroa to the President and members of the Deputation.] 'Acompaña dictamen relativo á obligaciones del portero.' Figueroa forwards the committee report on the duties of the doorkeeper. Trivial in itself but it dates the Deputation's staffing of its own chamber and it is the cover for the Maldonado dictamen at pp. 419-22 below.
