Carrillo.] 'Dice: Que comr de Gobº y Policia despues de examinar las dos proposiciones qe el Sr Dn Carlos Carrillo presentó á [la] corporacion (de que es vocal) el 3 del mismo mes, manifestando la necesidad de Ayuntamientos en algunos puntos del Territorio, propone el aumento de nuevos empleados.' The Government and Police committee's report on Carrillo's two propositions of 3 May 1834 arguing the need for ayuntamientos at several points in the territory, and recommending an increase in municipal officers. This is the committee dictamen that the 2 August decree enacts.
