SESSION ACTA Heading verbatim: '+ 1834 = Junio 21. = Mont. / Srio de Diputacion á Alcaldes de Sn José, Monterey y Comte. de Sn Franco.' [= 1834, June 21, Monterey. Secretary of the Diputacion to the alcaldes of San José and Monterey and the Comandante of San Francisco.] Abstract: 'Adjunta Arts aprovados por la Diputacion, con motivo de háberse opuesto varios vecinos á prohivicion hecha por Gefe Polto, sobre Caballada y ganado mostrencos.' Circulates the approved articles, and states outright that VARIOS VECINOS HAD OPPOSED the Gefe Politico's ban. Documents popular resistance producing a legislative response.
