SESSION ACTA Heading verbatim: '+ 1835 = Enero 27. = Mont. / Jimeno (no dice á quien)' [= 1835, January 27, Monterey. Jimeno (does not say to whom).] Abstract: 'Sobre que se exonere al Pueblo de Sn Diego de dar el Contingente de hombres pª la familia activa de Artilleria.' On exempting San Diego from furnishing its quota of men for the active artillery corps. Savage writes 'familia' where the underlying dictamen on n266-n267 reads 'milicia activa de Artilleria'; I have not modernised it. Five pages, the opening of the San Diego draft-quota file.

The originals of these records burned in the 1906 San Francisco fire. What survives is Thomas Savage’s 1870s copy, and this page describes that copy.
