Se dio cuenta con varios dictamenes sobre terrenos. Aprovados.' [prior acta approved; several dictámenes on lands were laid before the body; approved]. THIS IS THE FIRST SESSION OF THE SECOND JULY RUN. The date digit was magnified twice: it is an unambiguous single '8', with no preceding digit, so it is not '28'. It is nevertheless out of chronological order relative to the 22 July acta that precedes it, while Savage's page cites continue to ascend (164 then 166), which is why I treat it as the opening of a second, separately-copied series rather than a misdating.
