Territorial Diputación.] Savage abstract of a second copy of the 10 July session: 'Dice: aprovada acta anterior. Presentó Comision de Gobo. y policia, sobre que solo quedaran vigentes los arts. que puedan emanar de la autoridad Gubernativa del Gefe Político y por lo que respecta á los que propongan los Alcaldes Constitucionales se someteran á la inspeccion del mismo Gefe. Huvo lugar á votar y quedó aprovado.' This is verbatim the same resolution on bandos (art. 2) that appears inside the long verbatim acta at n154, but here at original pp. 169-177 rather than pp. 133-42. The duplication is the strongest internal evidence that the original volume carried this July run twice.
