Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: it lay inside the span of a grouped entry covering n191-n219, which satisfied every coverage check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: '+ 1835 = Agosto 27 = Mont. / Diputacion Territorial' [= 1835 - August 27 - Monterey. Territorial Deputation.] Prior acta approved. Secretary Jose Maria Maldonado tendered his resignation and asked that $120 owed him be satisfied; the matter was passed to the Comision de Gobernacion. This is the 'Monterey sindico/secretary' thread the band summary gestures at, but the session itself has no record of its own.
