Previously uncatalogued — recovered by the 2026-08-27 coverage audit: the document lay inside the declared span of a grouped entry covering n220-n245, which had passed every completeness check while concealing it. Heading verbatim: '+ 1835. = Octubre 16. = Mont. / Diputacion Territorial' [= 1835, October 16, Monterey. Territorial Diputación (session record).] Session entry opening 'Dice: Aprovada acta anterior.' Runs from the lower half of n226 onto the top of n227, where it closes by recording that leave of absence was granted to the vocal Salvio Pacheco on grounds of illness, all procedural stages being dispensed with and the request approved.
