Figueroa transmits articles of the Municipal Regulation to the Deputation. The cover letter for the Reglamento Municipal copied out at pp. 400-417 immediately below. CAVEAT: the second digit of the day is read as 9 (a closed upper loop over a heavy vertical, matching Savage's 9 in 'pp 292 = 97' on n223 rather than his small hooked 7 in 'pp 316-17' on n227), but 17 cannot be excluded at this scan resolution. The year 1833 is unambiguous.
