Congratulates the Comondu guerrilla: 'Que Con sentimto de buen Mexicano se le presento Con 76 hombres para formar una guerrilla para la defenza de la Patria, siguiendo el ejemplo del Pueblo de Mulege, Con la que dio la accion el dia 1o de Octubre en que se obtubo la Victoria Con los enemigos' [76 men raised, following Mulege's example, which fought the action of 1 October and won]. Will supply arms and parque. Complains 'que el R. P. Fr. Vicente Soto Mayor, no a Cumplido Con el ofrecimto a las Comandancias generales de Sonora y Sinaloa' [Fr. Vicente Sotomayor has not made good his offer of aid], to the grievance of many Mexicans ready to take arms.
