The Comandancia being empowered to arrange the pueblos' internal administration, and Pineda having offered that on leaving this point he 'dispondria de la ereccion de un Ayuntam.to ó cuando menos hacer que este Juzg.do lo sea en forma Constitucional sin estar Subordinado al mal entendido de Loreto' [= would order an ayuntamiento erected at Comondú, or at least make its juzgado constitutional and not subordinate to Loreto's mal entendido], Arce asks he grant in justice whichever of the two.
