Fr Gabriel Gonzalez, y Como por Ley está demarcado que en falta de Gefe Político nombrado por el Sup[re]mo Gob[iern]º, funcione el 1er vocal de la Ecsma Corporacion» = the Junta Territorial installed at San Antonio asks Pineda to name an officer to sit in its deliberations; Fr. Gabriel Gonzalez named for the ecclesiastical estate; lacking a Jefe Politico the first vocal acts.
