Nota del Ministro de Guerra y Marina sobre organización de fuerzas y cuando de fondos por la defensa del territorio: transcribe la nota del Ministro de Guerra y Marina Almonte, fechada en México 14 de aquel año, en que le dice que prevenido el Presidente de la Rep. debe prepararse la defensa en el Departamento contra las incursiones de bárbaros ó cualquier otro enemigo exterior, ó ataque á la integridad del Territorio, ha dispuesto que la Comandancia Gral organice con toda su fuerza las Compañías Presidiales; se ha dado orden al Ministro de Hacienda pª que ponga á su disposición todos los recursos
