El Virrey (19 May) acusa recibo de la carta de Neve (12 Feb) que acompaña el Reglamento que Neve nuevamente ha formado para el mejor manejo de los asuntos de la Provincia (dado a conocer a Gálvez); Croix resuelve que el Reglamento se observe desde 1º de Enero de 1781, se impriman ejemplares en México (por orden del Virrey) y se distribuyan a los empleados — = el famoso Reglamento de Neve (1779), código fundacional del gobierno de las Californias (pueblos/presidios/misiones)
