Savage heading: 'Indultos concedidos á Reos y penas señaladas en lugar de la de muerte y otras' [= pardons granted to convicts and the penalties substituted for death and other sentences]. Abstract: 'Traslada R.l Orden q.e le trasmite D.n Ant.o Coronel, en 26 de Dic.e 99, sobre indulto concedido á los reos de la rendicion de la plaza de S.n Sebastian; impresa, y fué circulada p.r el Gob. de Californias en 10 de Set.e de 1800, segun decreto fechado en aquel dia en Loreto.' [= a printed Real Orden of 26 Dec. 1799 pardoning those convicted over the surrender of San Sebastián, circulated in the Californias by decree at Loreto, 10 Sept. 1800].
