«Le envia bajo custodia á los individuos Ignacio Sáenz, Rafael Pacheco, y Felipe Alvarez, soldados que eran del presidio de Santa Cruz, sentenciados por el Virey á servir en las obras de fortifn ó públicas en uno de los presidios internos de esta península, á racion y sin sueldo con un grillete al pié.» Adds «Cuando lleguen á su destino se vigilará de que sean asistidos con sus raciones, y destinados al trabajo, así como por la seguridad de sus personas.» [three named soldiers of the Santa Cruz presidio sent under guard, sentenced by the Viceroy to fortification or public works at ration and without pay, one shackle on the foot]
