SUBSTANCE, verbatim: (1) 'Que el 10 salió pª. Sn. Diego la Fragata Princesa al mando del Fen.tᵉ de Navio Salvador Fidalgo, con la madera pª. esplanada y casa qe. se hará en dicho Presidio.' (2) 'Que artesanos qe. llegaron contratados se enviaron á las Misiones, donde están trabajando: qe. al herrero lo ocupan algunas veces los particulares y otras misiones: qe. si producto de lo qe. recibe de aquellos se aplicará á la Mision ó á la R.l Hacienda.' (3) 'Remite cuenta de lo suministrado á los desertores ingleses.' Item 2 is a clean instance of the contracted-artisan labour question and who captures the blacksmith surplus, mission or treasury.
