VERBATIM HEADING: '+ 1793 - Dicᵉ 13 - Mont. / Arrillaga al Virrey de Mex. / (3 Docs). - pp. 309-10.' GLOSS: Arrillaga to the Viceroy of Mexico, Monterey, 13 Dec 1793, three items. Item 3 records a provincial statistical return for 1792 being forwarded. NOTE: the DB row at scan n136, p.xxii.330-2, describes the Fragata Concepcion as wrecked; this leaf describes storm damage and loss of rudder on the San Blas to Loreto run, forcing her to bear south for repairs, which may or may not be the same casualty. I am flagging the relation, not asserting it.
