GLOSS: Borica congratulates the Dominican Fray Cayetano Pallas at San Pedro for having brought the 'Concordato Vicentino' into effect, since it serves the good of religion and of the State, the only things that moved him to arrange it; and adds that Arrillaga will be promoted.
