Tiene noticia que los piquetes de tropa de la guarnicion 'no reciben ni la mitad de la racion que les corresponde de semillas'; la Sub-comis.a le ha hecho ver que 'No hay existencia de granos, efectos, ni dinero; y aún los cobros que hay que hacer son efímeros y dudosos'. Si á la tropa le falta la subsist.a comete faltas 'que la misma ordenanza tiene que tolerarle, con perjuicio de la buena disciplina'; pide al Gefe Político ordene á las misiones de Sta Clara y San José faciliten fanegas de semillas 'en calidad de préstamo á la Sub-Comis.a'.
