— 5 Nov 1782 fire at Mission San Luis Obispo (roofs, padres' house, 300 fanegas maize burned) + pueblo works finished (dam, community granary, casa de ayuntamiento). ⚠ '(probablemte Sta Bárbara)' is Savage's guess — no pueblo existed at Sta Bárbara in 1782.

The originals of these records burned in the 1906 San Francisco fire. What survives is Thomas Savage’s 1870s copy, and this page describes that copy.
