“No permite q.e los P.P. tomen el terreno, regalado voluntar.te, de José M. Larios á la mision - dice q.e pertenece á S.n José y q.e no podia disponer de el sin licencia del gob.no” = refuses to let the ministers of Mission San José take the tract voluntarily gifted to the mission by José M. Larios, ruling it pertains to San José [the pueblo] and could not be alienated without government licence.
