Underlined subject Mapa del golfo de Cal.a. “Habla del estado de la marineria en el Dep.to de Loreto. y dice q.e se manda por un patron y 3 guardianes legos, ignorantes de todo principio nautico - q.e solamente la goleta ‘Saturnina’ lleva aguja - y q.e resultan repetidas perdidas de barcos - y propone se destine al Dep.to un 2.o piloto, capaz de mapear las Costas - y enseñar pilotaje á jovenes. Dice q.e el unico mapa q.e hay es [del ‘seno’, interlined] del P. (Consag) - hecho en 47 y 9.o no merece confianza.”
