Of first importance.

Provincial Records, tomo V–VII · BANC MSS C-A 24, document 796

Of first importance. Borica disclaims the credit though he pressed P. Pdte Lasuen repeatedly and in confidential letters; “el verdadero autor de ellas es el P. José M.a Fernandez”, who forced the change against his companion P. Martin Landaeta and withdrew to his college “con los sentidos algo trastornados”. Spans n422-n423.
