Sobre un reo: protesta que el juez Francisco Pinto fue á coger un reo refugiado en la Iglesia; invoca el asilo eclesiástico citando la ley de las Partidas («Franqueza ha la iglesia ó su cementerio… todo ome que fuese á ella… debe ser amparado, é non le deben ende sacar por fuerza; ni matarlo, ni darle pena en el cuerpo, ni cercarle al rededor de la Iglesia»)
