Sobre fondos de la Aduana: contento por la unidad entre las primeras autoridades; de los fondos existentes se pagarán preferentemente las deudas del Gobⁿ; «ligera noticia de los dros de este último buque»: Abrego pagó por la Aduana ~$19 por orden de Pico y Micheltorena; tomó por orden de Castro $12,000 para equipar y montar las Compañías de S. Francⁿ, Sta Bárbara y Monterey; existen ~$9,000; el resto se distribuyó entre tropas, oficiales, empleados y deudas de Micheltorena/Castro/Tesorería; que se pagó á Limantour por la Tesorería $5,600 por giros de Micheltorena — pero sólo se le dieron $3,500, por lo que ordenó tomar declaración á Larkin (que recibió los efectos á hizo de Tesorero)
