Verbatim heading: 'Sin fecha &c.' Body, verbatim and complete

Departmental State Papers, Benicia, tomo II (Miscellaneous) · BANC MSS C-A 39, document 215

Verbatim heading: 'Sin fecha &c.' Body, verbatim and complete: '(Aqui se encuentra una parte de ley sobre ciertos delitos.)' English gloss: 'Without date etc. (Here is found a part of a law concerning certain offences.)' Substance: a Savage finding-note, not a transcript. Standing at the foot of leaf n329 immediately after he closes the papel-sellado reglamento, Savage records that original page 357 of the bound volume carries a detached fragment of a law on certain delitos, and copies nothing further from it. It is a separate entry in his own series, marked with his own + sign and given its own page cite, and it sits in the page interval between the reglamento (which ends at pp. 349 y 55, 56, 51-54) and the next entry he took up (pp. 358-59), so nothing else in the catalog can account for it.
