Heading: 'Soler á Fages sobre formacion de cierta Rev.ta'. Whole abstract, with Savage opening quotation marks at Laso: Dice que 'Laso, ya viene, ya no viene, las Cuentas van, y se queda recapacitando sobre ésta y las anteriores, para formalizar su Revista' [Laso now comes, now does not come; the accounts go forward while he keeps mulling this one and the previous ones to formalize his Revista]. 'Laso' [?] read as written; probably a surname (Lasso/Lazo) but not identified.
