Heading: “sobre devolucion de un caballo.” “Le suplica mande que le devuelvan un caballo suyo que vendió en calidad de potro D. Vicente Feliz en el Pres.o de Sta Bárbara en el precio de 5 [pesos] siendo que vale mas á voz de peritos y que estando amansándolo su hijo le ofrecian por él 30 p.s. Que en el tiempo de su venta estaba en poder del sold.o Quijada con el fin de q.e lo arrendara, y que no se rehusa á pagar al arrendador lo q.e fuere justo por su trabajo.” [= asks return of a horse sold as an unbroken colt by Vicente Féliz for 5 pesos though worth 30; it was with soldier Quijada to be broken].
