Command-structure change: on the death of the Viceroy Conde de Gálvez, the Comandancia General de Provincias Internas is reintegrated (independent again) — its temporary subordination to the Viceroyalty of Mexico had been *personal* to Gálvez (as it stood under de Croix & Neve); Fages to report to the Comandancia again, omitting consultas on gubernativo/militar/económico matters covered by the Reglamento.
