Verbatim heading: '1827 Set. 19 Mont. / Comisario Herrera - al Comisº Genl de Occidte - sobre cancelacion de fianzas.' English gloss: Herrera to the Comisario General of the West on the voiding of importers bonds. Substance: acknowledges receipt of the Government decree of 27 Abl 1827, sent to him on 6 de Junio, 'relativo á quedar sin ningun valor ni efecto las fianzas que hayan otorgado los introductores por la difa entre el derecho de internacion que se declara en el artº antr, y el que señalaban [los] art.s 2º y 3º del decreto de 9 de Agtº 1822.' The article before art.s is cramped at the leaf break and my reading of it is uncertain.

What survives is Thomas Savage’s 1870s copy, and this page describes that copy.
